Prem Narula has over 20 years of experience in Thailand's luxury real estate.
Prem horned his skills in CBRE Thailand where was entrusted to manage the companys top tier projects. Following his success working for a real estate consultancy, Prem joined Singha Estate, a listed Bangkok residential property developer, to lead its residential sales unit.
At Singha Estate, Prem was involved with restructuring the sales department which proved timely in handling a downturn in the Bangkok property market and the impact of US-China trade war.
In 2019 Prem helped set up Christie's International Real Estate affiliates business in Thailand and was instrumental in establishing them at forefront of Bangkok luxury residential sales.
With all the market knowledge and experiences behind him, in 2024 Prem decided to established Prima Realty to deliver exceptional services and results to its local and international partners.
Phonpailin Poonsawat has over 15 years of experience in Thailand's luxury real estate.
She began her career with CBRE Thailand, where she developed extensive expertise in real estate consultancy and residential sales, before joining the Christie's International Real Estate affiliate business in Thailand, specializing in luxury residential properties.
With a proven track record in sales, Phonpailin has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding sales results. She has successfully represented prestigious developments as well as a portfolio of Bangkok’s most sought-after luxury properties.
